Consultant, Benefic Compliance

Pam Lushington has a Diploma in Business Administration from Langara College and more than twenty five years of experience working with legal and accounting issues. She has been involved with the incorporation and charitable registration of hundreds of charitable foundations and operating charities since the beginning of her association with Blake in 1992. She has expertise in providing compliance and administrative advice relating to incorporation and charitable registration, the conduct of annual business and the fulfillment of ongoing regulatory requirements. Pam has also coordinated and spoken at Continuing Legal Education and other seminars relating to the setup and maintenance of not-for-profit organizations. Pam is on contract with Benefic now that she lives and works from her home in Hamilton, Ontario.
